Alert posted on TopCashBack about QVC bankruptcy

I purchased something this morning and when I did my usual routine of clicking through TopCashback, I saw that they had posted a notice about the bankruptcy. I guess they will probably withhold our payments. I have over $600 pending. Oh well. Nothing is ever guaranteed.

Thanks for the post.  I went to my TCB and withdrew my earnings.

Just FYI...I have been using BeFrugal of late.  Usually at least 8%

What do you find is the best way to take your earnings?  I don't like the idea of E cards.  I liked it when they would just send you a check.

Here is the post on Top Cashback for both Q and HSN

We are aware of recent reports that QVC may be considering filing for Chapter 11 bankruptcy. At this stage, this has not been formally confirmed. However, due to this uncertainty, we are unable to guarantee that any Cash Back will be tracked or paid on purchases made with QVC at this time.

Re: Alert posted on TopCashBack about QVC bankruptcy

I made an HSN purchase on Tues this week using Be Frugal for 8% back plus a $5 bonus, usually I get my HSN rebates added to my acct. within a few hours and still it has not posted, I wonder if this is the reason, but no word from Be Frugal about it, will wait the 7 days and report it as missing if still not there.

[ Edited ]

I sent a customer support ticket to TCB to explain if my purchases will be honored. If not, there is no reason to use them any longer.  There is no mention of this on Befrugal.

Re: Alert posted on TopCashBack about QVC bankruptcy

I am sure this is a stupid question, but can an E card only be used for online purchases?
