Are you watching Q2, Q3, or any of the specialized channels they have on streaming? Q2 is is only live 13 hours a day, 11:00am- midnight Eastern (and I've even noticed that they've thrown in repeats here and there. Q3, "Fashion Finds", and all the other channels are 100 percent repeats. Even the main channel is repeats between 3:00am-7:00am.

Yea, he been wearing  that heart sweater  frequently  during the last  week  or so in various colors since Amy started showing her heart sweater  again .

Probably  his Studio Park line. 

Too sweet  and it's not even Valentine's Day yet.

I saw him wearing a bright fushia pink sweater with hearts  two different days this week.

I am guessing it's from his collection.  The shows could have been reruns.
