Alan Rosen (Junior's)  the New Yorker must go somewhere warm or live somewhere south because he is so tan ( again) that he nearly disappears when he wears black chefs jacket, especially his arms

He just opened another Junior's restaurant in Vegas -- it was a very big gala opening.  My bet is that's where he got his recent tan.

More than likely his tan is a result of tanning lotion or tanning bed.

Kinda of cool in Vegas right now to be basking in the sun.

LOL Nah. I dont think he uses tannung lotiin.

I just looked him up on the internet and he is an avid golfer, fisherman, hiker and walker.

Heard an interview with him today.  Very interesting.   He is a very hands on boss in a good way, seeing that things are going well and safely for his staff and customers.   He wrote an article in a local newspaper about his concerns that was excellent.    He calls for changes and may even take a more active roll in that pursuit.
