Do understand what you mean. Size is perfect for me as well GD. Then again, Never wear large studs, yet these show up quite well. Failed to mention under gallery beautifully finished. Hard finding along with substantial butterfly clutch. Earrings are worth price.

I don't have large earlobes and don't usually wear large studs either.

One more question if you don't mind, do they actually look blue? So many blue sapphires look way too dark, almost black.

The pair I received is Deep Blue not Black in any way. Know what you mean. Sometimes shade can be to light blue. Hope this helps.
