I got Valerie's 4 ft frosted pine tree during her last presentation in June...

It was an advanced order ...which is Ok since I won't be using now.

However, MY ship date is 9/2

If you buy it TODAY...it is 8/23.

Kind of unfair to ship out NEWER orders out first.

Sometimes I am on advanced orders on HSN for Andrew Lessman and this does occur.

However I have to say yours will most likely get priority as many times I have received my orders a couple weeks ahead of the original estimated date.  I believe it just means they will have plenty of stock to fill all orders by the new date.

Checked on my order when you said you received yours early only to find QVC cancelled my order for the 5' tree!!!

It showed it was still in stock and my reorder went through fine for 8/23 delivery.  What possesses QVC to do things like this?  No...I have excellent credit?  No problems with orders subsequently placed.  

It's been an irritating morning.  Couldn't log in.  Tried everything.  Nothing worked until I changed my password.  That password worked fine yesterday.  Then to see my order had been cancelled for whatever reason.

The size chart and reviews on a product wouldn't show up yesterday as they haven't sometimes in the past.  Well, QVC, you lost a sale because of your dysfunctional website.

Last year during CIJ I ordered a Valerie item before the first show when it became available online and it was in stock. The item later sold out during the show. Customers who ordered during the show got the item. MY ORDER went to back order!😡 I finally cancelled after 3 months. It did eventually come back in stock but by that time I was over it.🤨
