Advance Order Question

I ordered two Lessman products on April 11 (glucosamine and also the sunscreen) and both said "in stock" on that day.

Today I checked the order status and it says "Advance Order" for both with a delivery date of May 20.

 

The day I ordered, it showed free shipping.

Today shipping is $3.50 per item.

 

That seems odd, at the very least.

 

Is QVC shipping orders on which it collects shipping but placing free shipping orders onto advanced order status?

All I know is that in the past when  I ordered Lessman items at times my orders went to "advance order" or "extended delivery" I always did get the product.  If it was free shipping the day you placed your order, you should get free shipping.
