Re: A+ Customer Service Today !

Wow! Double A+!

I just got an email from QVC that the refund has been processed and he didn't even take out the charge for the return ($6.95 their label) from the refund!

Aww! That is something! I didn't catch his name but thank you so much!

@mspemberley,

I've always gotten a receipt at both UPS and USPS too and so has my daughter. This QVC label said UPS/USPS so it was probably that awful innovations shipping. Still he should have scanned it in to show it was accepted and given a receipt. r Maybe he was new.

And @SaveTheTurtles,

That's the thing. There was no indication that the pkg had been accepted by UPS but the customer service gave me the credit anyway. He only saw that I had checked the return boxes on the website and they sent me an email saying a return number had been created and it was waiting to be accepted by UPS.

That's why it was so great. There was no information that it had gotten to UPS (even though it did).

I am really surprised he gave you the credit without seeing it was dropped off. What if you went online to start the return but never took it to ups/usps?  He really shouldn't have done that. There are too many who would take advantage. Glad for you though!

You will get billed for the return label once your package gets to the warehouse. Once they scan your return in, they will charge the $6.95 to your charge. At least that is how it works when you use qvceasyreturns. Sometimes the 6.95 charge shows up weeks later.

@Catch71,

I think it is unusual too.

Still, I am grateful!

It was a very nice thing for him to do.

I rarely have returns and the few things I do order I love and keep.

I didn't use qvceasyreturns.

@Catch71,

You were right because sure enough I did get a $6.95 return shipping charge today for that muk luks just like you said I might.

I'm glad you told me because I would have wondered what it was for.

I'm glad I rarely order and much less return because those return charges could really add up!

Thanks for the heads up!

Re: A+ Customer Service Today !

FYI If you drop off a return at UPS for an Amazon order they Do Not give you a receipt either. Just did that last week. So it’s not just the Q. We got home and Amazon had credited my husbands account.

*** Note to whoever mentioned what if you didn’t send back what you were supposed to - Amazon made clear you will be changed again. Same would go for the Q.
