5 value pay e-mail!

I just got an e-mail saying I could use the 5 value pays for any item over $50.00, but now I have to call the 800 number to order. This means I cannot use my Ebates or Mr. Rebates. Whats up with no on-line ordering? I never used my Dec. 5 value pays!
