Another odd thing... Last week I received an e-mail from UPS reporting that QVC was about to send me a package. Clicked on the tracking and there was nothing. Clicked on the tracking again today and it said that UPS had received the package from QVC 3 days ago and is preparing to deliver it. However, the order still says "in process" on QVC's web site. So QVC's tracking isn't updating. The order is coming from Ontario, CA. They're clearly having computer problems with their order tracking.
I usually receive an e-mail from QVC reporting that an order has been shipped. I didn't this time.

I have an order in process since FEBRUARY 20!
I have contacted customer service and social team, and both say the same thing: sorry, should ship soon.
Today is March 9.

@carlycat I have had something in process since February 22. It is now March 10. Isn't this insane? Customer Service online chat just keeps apologizing.

Not charitable to.othets? Not true. How "charitable" are the years of nasty and cruel comments about Lisa R , Patti R, Jen and Kerstin? Move on.

Update. Yesterday I received a huge box delivered by UPS. In it contained 4 of the orders that have been languishing in the preparing stages for two weeks. Thank goodness.
However one of the items was the Calista Pro Styler which I immediately tried. Using it one time on the 320 degree setting it dried my hair out so much I couldn't believe it, The reason I am telling you this is I packed it up to return and went to my order status to start a return it, but noticed that it along with the 4 other items I receuved do not show they were delivered but that they are still in the preparing your order stage.
I called CS. She said they have been having technical difficulties for quite some time and I should wait for a couple of daysfor the system to catch up and register the deliveries.
This company seems to have a lot of technical difficulties of some sort or another abd with its gloomy sales outlook they had better find a way to fix their issues as these kinds of things don't bode well for a company.
Oh well......
