My last call to CS didn't go well.  I've always operated with the assumption that you win more flies with honey than vinegar.  Still, despite my best efforts, I was basically told that I was responsible for their error, and if I didn't like it, that was too bad.

 

Being calm and polite gained me nothing.

 

That isn't how a customer should ever be treated during a reasonable discussion seeking to resolve an error.

When I wanted to be treated like royalty in a world that generally treats me like sh*t  ... I call QVC customer service. haha Woman Happy Seriously, I have been treated "rudely' only once in decades, and even then it wasn't really rude ... just disinterested. They treat me so well. I have no complaints about them, only praise!!! Wish more businesses were as good.

I've always had nice exchanges with the CS folks I've spoken with on the phone and have never encountered a rude representative either. To be sure, some were a great deal more pleasant than others, but most of them have been kind, pleasant and even humorous and helpful. I've really only encountered one or two who didn't really seem to know what they were doing. I've also had a few somewhat pleasant exchanges with 'corporate' and only one contact with them that bordered on, I'll say terse and just a tad insulting, rather than rude... All things considered, I think the CS folks do a nice job.

I have only had to call QVC Customer Service a few times over the past twenty plus years.  They have always been courteous, professional and extremely helpful.  No complaints here.

i've been with"qvc" for many years, (back in the days when it was called cvs).  i have contacted customer service many times, for different reasons.

i have never had any problems with any of their cs reps.  in fact, i always said & say, that "qvc" has the best cs depts. ever.  it's one of the reasons why i stay with "qvc". 

when i shop with a company, my main concern is that their cs dept. meets my standards.  if not, i'll stop shopping at that store. 

to me, cs is the most important thing when deciding where i want to shop.  in my opinion, "qvc" has one of the best cs depts. there is.

I have contacted CS a couple of times in 20 years.  They are always helpful.
