Just wondering ... if there are two people hosting a show - does that add to the cost of the items they are selling.
ETA: What about when there are several models sitting around chatting with the host?

Factor a salary into how many units they sell and the money generated. If it makes any real difference those hosts make WAY more than I think they do. . .

My guess is it depends on if hosts and models are salary or hourly. If a person is paid a salary, its the same amount regardless of how many hours worked.
It could also depend on how many hours they are required to work per week. Do the on air hours count more than off air?

Not if the sales are increased with 2 hosts.

I am sure the cost is not much, relative to sales. No reason I can think of to complain about the salary of working people, unless we are speaking of overpaid executives.
I like when they have many models wearing clothes, specially when I can see them move and turn around. That would make me more likely to purchase.
Why have video that only shows the front?

Do posters really believe that hosts are hourly compensated employees punching in and out.....
Remarkable.

The hosts are salaried and are paid per their contract terms.
The models do not work for QVC.

I wonder how returns work, regarding, bonus , they could sell plenty during presentation, but as we know some items will be returned, how do you think that would affect the host who presented the item...

@ALRATIBA If you mean do products on one show where there are two hosts and 3 models cost more to us than when there's one host and one model, then the answer is no.
Does having extra personnel add to overall costs? I assume so, but you'd have to access the stock reports and figure out a way to separate the various costs and their benefits.
QVC's costs would be far less than they are if they didn't produce TV shows. That would be true for all the shopping channels. The problem with choosing that path, I assume, would be a loss of sales, maybe even a huge loss.
