While QVC has no control over how UPS Mail Innovations/Postal Service handle their shipments, they DO HAVE control over their negotiations with these carriers and should be using said information during contract negotiations. Who knows when/if I’ll receive my package ...

And if you receive this pkg you will owe shipping; why doesn't Q at least forgive s&h anytime a lot is over 2 weeks? Clearly there is a problem with shipping and this would be a step in right direction. I don't have the problem with Chicos and Amazon (and Ebay, these get most of my business).

I know how frustrating it is to see your order 'tour the country' before it arrives to you, it's happened to me before too.

Hope you get it soon or at least a quick replacement!

@Kindaglitzy QVC should have already issued you a refund or sent out another order if that's what you want. 15 days on the road is just ridiculous.

I also purchased an item Nov. 9th and it is still on the first step of transit when I look up the tracking. It says it shipped Nov. 12th, but shows no further progress. I have not received any word from QVC about it.

Was thinking today was Wednesday (27) 14 or 15 days = same difference to me. If not received tomorrow, will request a refund.

Morale of these type situations = if purchasing something needed for Winter Holidays best do it very soon!

My temptations today's special value sat at Hodgkins, IL UPS warehouse for a week and then sent back to QVC. When I inquired about a replacement, I was told there were no more sets in grey and they have no control over UPS. I was so looking forward to Tara's new cookbook that came with the set.
