Awful, Awful, Awful,

I have ordered them twice and some of them verge on inedible.  Brought them to peoples homes as the desert and many people take a bite and leave the rest.  Their ingredients have to be at the lowest level of quality.

It is pretty difficult to make a bad tasting cookie.

Cookies for grandchildren from QVC? NEVER. Would imagine their parents would pitch such junk food with all the additives.

Most children love to read! Do you know what type of books they are reading? Buy a couple books for each child. Or buy a gift certificate at Barnes & Nobel. What are their hobbies? What sports are they playing? Are they interested in concerts? Give them concert tickets (approved by their parents, of course). What kind of school activies are they involved with? Do they have expenses you could help with on a monthly basis? Do they need winter clothing? What about lunch money for the month? Or bus fare for the month? Pay their Church donation for the month, Scout dues, school supplies, etc. Track, camp, sporting fees always would be appreciated.  The list is endless. Children are expensive and need/use things!

Give their gifts more individual thought, please. Our grandchildren know if we make an effort or not. They're smart. And, it's Christmas! Hope you find the joy of giving.

If you really don't have any good ideas, ask their parents! They will provide excellent ideas which will be within your budget. They may even buy and wrap the gifts for you! My daughter-in-law loves to shop and at times will pick up the gift I have in mind. Works for us. I simply give her my check if a gift is handled in that manner. (I guaranteed QVC cookies will not be on anyone's list.)

Good luck . . . and have a Merry Christmas!

Not good.  They have eye appeal, but it ends there.  Frosting is sickeningly sweet and the second order was stale.  Never again.

@Sweet_Serenity

Given your lifestyle commitment, I would nix these, even as gifts.

I ordered some for gifts last year and they were not even as good (or as large in size) as cookies I can get locally from Walmart.  VERY sweet with lots of artificial ingredients, and quite frankly, they didn’t even taste that great.  I won’t be getting them anymore.

My lifestyle is exactly that my lifestyle. Reason asked in the first place attending large holiday party thought this would be nice colorful item. Given the reviews won't be purchasing. Local bakery instead. Thank you.🎄

gmkb, Has anyone else noticed there new sales tactic, they squeese the cookies to a complete mess. And the other day they were selling little cherry pies and they were squeesing those pies to death. Very, very, odd sales pitch. I had to change the channel I felt so sick. So I won't be buying those desserts.
