What a photo! Herding dogs are so resourceful. Those cattle could have gone the wrong direction and been miles from home without guidance.

I googled the photo.  It says it's from Hurricane Irma 2017.

Sheep and cattle aren't very bright.  That's why having dogs herd and guide them works so well and the dogs bred for it, love doing it.
