Sunday report:  Greetings to all Schmoo family members and thanks for your kind words re: the vet situation.

Everyone in the house is a little physically low, but not horrible.  So I'm just doing laundry, caring for Frankie, caring for DH and cooking dinner.  Not a lot of activity.

Frankie wants you to see this pose of her in the front window, where she holds court over the neighborhood. The day before yesterday when this photo was taken, she thought the neighborhood was stable, so she could get a nap.

Of course her beloved Daddy is nearby, as you can see. He is her protector, surgery or not, and nothing will change that:

So good to see your picture here today that depicts normal. I love reading your words that imply things are adjusting to normal. Not a lot of activity,  and cooking dinner. Words that sound normal. 

I understand things at your home are not yet normal, but they are headed in that direction,  we hope.

Tuesday report:   Greetings, Schmoosters.

Not a lot to report. I've really wrenched my neck good and can't get in to see spine specialist (how ironic) until November 23. I'm on the waitlist, but so far, no sooner appointments.

DH is working hard on his therapy. To see him struggle to curl his bicep, it looks like he's trying to lift 500 pounds, not just his arm. He gets exhausted from the effort, but plows forward.

Frankie has been a little low but rebounded some. Part of it is the weather: damp, misty, gloomy. Not good for arthritic cats. She went her longest without needing her smidge of appetite stimulant:  one week and one day.  So she's climbing out of the trauma of DH's hospitalization and recovery.

She presented herself for a round of "make that chipmunk on the end of the wand dance for me, Daddy."  No better physical therapy available in the world:

I'm sorry your neck is worse.  I hope someone cancels their appt. so you're able to get to your appt. sooner.  I understand the stress you're under but I truly hope you're taking mini rest periods to relax.

Thank you for posting such adorable photos of your Angel Girl, Frankie, with her doting daddy.  All appears to be back to normal for both of them.  

I hope your DH's PT appts. are finding his efforts going well and encouraging for him.  He's a fighter & I feel he'll regain his strength .. fingers crossed.

Sweet Frankie:  It's great to see you spending precious time with your daddy.  You're such a cutie!!  As always, I wish you peace & comfort while dreaming your night away.  Love you.

@Sammycat1 Frankie and DH husband wonderful enjoying a meal together.  I continue to pray for each of you everyday with a hope that the pain each of you feels can become less and less and the road to being the best possible continues each day.

@Sammycat1  - so sorry your neck has been giving you problems - I hope you get some relief soon. I've been keeping the Sammycat family in my daily prayers. The photo of Frankie dining with her daddy is so precious. I'm sure she's happy to have him back by her side. I hope DH's recovery is going well.

@Shop Till you Drop  - I'm so sorry for the loss of your friend. My deepest condolences to you and her family.

@newtoallthis - I'm so sorry to hear about the loss of your friend's kitty. It's so devastating to lose a fur family member.

Life has been quite busy in general and with health. Had a nasty visit from Arthur-itis (much better now) and I was treated for dehydration (had no clue but much better now). So now I'm off to work with water bottles in hand.

I'm wondering is the photo your kitty?  Are you requesting prayers for someone close to you or?  Not to be nosey, I'm just concerned for you.  No need to reply if you don't wish to.  I just hope all those close to you are okay.  

I've been keeping the Sammycat Family in my prayers each day as well.  I'm concerned for Sammy, DH & Sweet Frankie.  I know Sammy's neck isn't well & hopefully DH's progress is doing better.  Maybe Frankie is having to show her love to both her mommy & daddy?  Sammy, if you're up for it, a little tiny progress report would be appreciated.  Only if you're well enough ..

I'm sorry you've gone through a rough patch with your arthritis, but so glad you're on the mend.  Wishing you the best as you recover.

Happy Halloween! I posted the picture because of Halloween,,but it isn't my cat. 

I have edited my post to clarify. Everything is okay with me. I just wanted to let everyone who reads here know I had prayed for them, in general.
