Thank you very much for your kind words.

I know how blessed I am.  Although, at this time, I'm getting a bit more fearful as I hear their voice changes to "older" kitty whines & their physical appearances changing.  Keeps me on my toes.

Poor Fuffy, she got locked in our mudroom Mon. night & we didn't know it.  When we opened the kitchen door yesterday A.M., she let out a loud meow & went directly to the water bowl & did quite a bit of drinking.  She peed in the mudroom also.  I replaced a couple of rugs & cleaned out my hubby's boot rack.  We felt tremendous guilt that morning.  But we never heard her cry or scratch the wall.  Needless to say, if I don't see her before bedtime, I'm going on the "Fluffy" hunt!

Hello everyone! Just popping in to say how sorry I am for the loss of Sammycat’s vet’s son. So tragic. @Tissyanne I am so sorry about your brother. I only have one brother and no sisters. My heart hurts for you,
I’ve been keeping up with Frankie and enjoying her photos!
And oh the picture of Schmoo! It brought tears to my eyes.
Me and my kitties and pup are doing good. I visit my friend that lost her son once a week. I’m still can not sign in on my ipad. I hope I haven’t left anyone out. Another friend had hip replacement yesterday and I’m trying to check on her.
I don’t have my tree up yet! My son’s birthday is Friday and I hope to have it decorated by then.

Thursday report:  Greetings to all Schmoosters, especially you @beastielove and @newtoallthis!

@newtoallthis  I know, seeing those Schmoo photos tugs at my heart and starts the tears, too. They always will.

Frankie has announcement:  Her Kitty Sitter has just landed on the East Coast and will be here in about an hour and a half--and then the joyous reunion will commence!

This morning, Frankie was on her hamper as usual, occasionally peeking out for a sign of her Kitty Sitter.  And that's where she is right now--the better to have a view of her pulling into the driveway.

Indeed your Frankie ladybug is swaddled in pure love. Even after 2 1/2 years, she immediately knew her gentle Kitty Sitter and, even though we're all older and in some degree of pain, it was as if no time passed at all.

There will be photos later, but for now, I've tucked the house in.
