Oh @Sweet Charlotte  ....after seeing that "cat-bee" you posted it made me think of this thing below....the dreaded Brood X circadia.   At the end of May, they are to come out of the ground (after 17 years) and buzz like crazy at a decibel level disturbing to the human ear.  I live in one of those states.  I am dreading this coming summer!  Just look at his eyes!

Giggles, @seaBreeze    I remember seeing their little shells stuck on our pine trees when we were little.  One of summers negative things is that annoying noise they make.  Another icky thing are the june bugs that dart everywhere at night.  Good old summertime ...  Love, SC
