@SeaMaiden    Just thought of something.  One of my dogs is semi picky.  She gets bored with the same food.  When this happens, I smear a couple tablespoons of plain unsweetened yogurt over her food and she dives into it.  Sometimes I mix a spoonful of canned food with a few drops of warm water into her food and mix well.

I do a combo of wet and dry food.  My 15 year old is still eating but slower and picky due to meds which I try to put in his food. Just recently I take a small ramekin bowl and fill it with his kibbles and warm water.  I leave it for 5-10 mins to soften and he gobbles it up along with the juice.  They become softer and easier to eat, just a thought.

My 1 yr old Morkie is the only dog that I ever had that was picky. She will eat Hills Science Diet kibble and their canned food if I sprinkle some cheese on it.....

Now rabbit poo she makes a beeline for.....go figure

Absent any health issues, dogs tend to eat what smells good.  I would add a little bone broth and maybe warn it up a bit.

@SeaMaiden  You may want to try some BIL JAC, they make a dry food formula especially for picky eaters.  Good luck in your quest to feed your little rascal!
