Really DUMB? That is a definite YES! As an "example": One of my ditzy relatives called me this weekend and told me how INCREDIBLY WEALTHY SHE IS...TONS AND TONS OF MONEY...MORE THAN ANYONE COULD POSSIBLY NEED.
