I placed a HUGE dog food order online  at about 9AM... It has shipped out at 11:15 AM. 

That is pretty amazing.  I imagine I will get it tomorrow.

Chewy is my favorite dog food, etc. supplier. I had my dog Bentley's food on auto refill, and he passed away. I called to ask them to stop the automatic shipments, and the nice lady asked me all about Bentley. Then they sent me a gorgeous floral bouquet with a nice card. I couldn't believe it.

Every time I order from them my package is here within a day or two--very impressive.  Today, I called to correct an auto-ship order that I had messed up online.  The customer service rep was so incredibly pleasant, AND she even took at extra 10% off of my order!!  Love them

I order from both Chewy and Petco online for my cats.  I've always had my orders within one to two days and we're in a very rural area.

@BriggsiePeawiggle - What a lovely thing for Chewy to do after the loss of your dog.  Excellent customer service still counts for a lot.

They refunded me all the food i had bought for spirit, and sent me flowers.

I ordered from Chewy last week and had it the next day.  They have great service.

Last year I ordered a dog bed from them that I wasn't happy with. I called them about returning it--not sure why I called instead of just sending it back--and they told me to keep it and refunded my money.

They always  send a birthday card....and even sent a   sympathy card when Lola passed ❤️
