You've gotten a lot of great tips.  If your kitty is a hider you could close off a few rooms so the pet sitter won't have to search the whole house if kitty hides.  If kitty is a bolter, make sure there's a door between her and the great outdoors when the sitter opens the door to get inside.

Most cats just hang out while you're away.  They're in their own home.  Everything familiar to them.  Food water and aclean litter box and they're set.
