Hi, is Nick's line Cruelty Free and is it owned by a parent company that isn't cruelty free?

I'm looking for gifts; need volume and hydration products, can't decide between Nick or WEN. I'd appreciate all help.

I have checked many times, NC products are NOT listed as cruelty free on either the PETA, or the LEAPING Bunny sites.  They are listed on a smaller site, but that site is owned by a product placement company.

WEN is Cruelty Free, full disclosure, I’m a happy Wenner.
