swing dress backordered

I called again about my order, that I ordered moments after midnight, still upset about being backordered.  I have waited and still see the order went from back order to processing and back again to back ordered.  Customer service Frank, said that back order means they didnt get full shipment and are waiting for the complete shipment to arrive.  I said that is interesting, but it it really true?  He assured me it was. I now have the lovely leather jacket and green fish, wondering when I should return that.  Is anyone else on backorder?
