I ordered the status print top on May 14th and its still in process and can't be cancelled. Anyone else have that problem?

I ordered the lace inset top on May 6th and it is still in process. Also ordered the window pane jacket at around the same time, but that I did receive.

No matter what, I am not playing QVC's "game".
I will not buy any new clothing item. At this point I am not even sure about clearance clothing items.
Apologies to Louis. I will be watching next week, but not buying clothes. I do hope the new zodiac necklace is presented.

Me too. Email from QVC 2 days ago it is delayed with EDD May 30! Maybe that's May 30, 2021.

For me, the issue is not primarily cancelling the item, it is the inability to do so after waiting for weeks with no recourse whatsoever to obtain any relative information about the expected delivery of the garments. 21 plus days without any updated information is ridiculous. A slight delay is totally acceptable under the current situation, but this is absurd!

Express shipping is the only way to go now.
Returns are taking a very long time and some get lost. Be sure of what you're buying, so that returns are unnecessary.
QVC is struggling like every other retailer, due to obvious reasons in this unprecedented time we're living in. Cut them a little slack. I'm sure, like the rest of us, they're doing the best they can do.

Returns are also being mixed up. I'm waiting for 'upstairs' to correct the refund and refund the correct item I returned. Sigh.....

I had two returns show up as credited, then QVC kept billing me via easy pay. I went through two rounds with customer service and did get my refund. So yes, it is time to be patient and you will get the right result.
