I posted to Louis that besides black, I'd like to see blackberry as a tuxedo jacket. He said the jacket lapels and trim (any satin on the jacket) would need to be black because of the small quantity of yardage to be dyed for trim. I think blackberry with black trim would be beautiful. I hope there is a tuxedo jacket. I have his Stretch Crepe Stand Collar Jacket - A92305 - that I still wear and love. It is an adaptation of the tuxedo jacket. He does this style so well.

Edit: Now that I opened the A92305 page, I read in the reviews that the jacket came in taupe. I didn't remember that. I don't think the taupe had black trim though. Anyone have the taupe that can confirm if the satin was taupe or black?

I have both those jackets, diamonscribe, and can confirm that the taupe has taupe trims. Those were the days.

@WNYgal@diamondscribe  I have that gorgeous crepe jacket in both black and taupe on taupe.  Oh my, are they stunning and so beautifully made.  I think I got them on some ridiculously INSANE clearance.  I ordred them in a size smaller than I usually buy (XS instead of S), probably because that was all that was left. They fit like they were tailored for me.  AHHHHH  heavenly!!
