I had a doctor's appt today. Wore red trench, red beret and black and red patterned gloves. Only second time I've worn it.

Waiting for my taxi I saw a woman come in wearing a full length leopard print coat and a gorgeous black knit hat. Grey hair, but I can't tell anyone's age any more.

Said, "you look great." She turned around and said, "Wow, you look great."

Love that coat. It was cold and windy, coat was warm enough.

@lavendar  It takes a well-dressed woman to notice another! How kind of you to compliment her first. Glad you were warm in your stunning red trench, beret and snazzy gloves.

I always compliment people, I notice that my close friends are quiet but give themselves away eventually. E.g One of my friends said I really knew how to dress; she said the red leather gloves (that I wore twenty years previously) proved it. Another mentioned a blouse that I wore thirty years previously.

Someone has to look really good; not the usual where I live.

I bet you both looked amazing!  Two of my favorite fashion choices --- red and leopard!  And they are fabulous together, too!!!!
