Apparently you didn't read anything but the "headline"! She has called repeatedly--and still no credit!

Grace,
So sorry that you've had to deal with the agony of untangling twisted actions to get your refunds credited.
Now I'm wondering if I've been receiving mine on my credit card.

The Owl,
Your loss this year (and, if I recall correctly, the last several years) has been soul-crushing. Please accept my deepest sympathies for your loss of loved ones and the critical illnesses of other family members.
I suffered a major loss this year, and life will never be the same. Yes, 2020 is torturous on several levels.

When I do a return at QVC, I expect it to take at least 3 weeks. I always ship on my own USPS Priority so I get a good tracking number. I know when it arrives at QVC. At that point I give them two weeks. By the third week I usually get my notice of refund and a few days later it hits my account. I will also add I have not returned anything lately.

I just wanted to mention this thread is a year old, but alas, the issues with QVC have worsened now--some understandable and some not, especially when other retailers have adjusted to the new environment.
I only purchase when I'm 100% sure I'll keep the item. Returns are hit and miss.
@JustJazzmom I will check my kimono, but I hope I won't have to return it. Thanks for the heads up ![]()

Hi GraceCo,
I didn't notice that this was a year-old post..... how did I miss that?? I guess some things never change. Your post could have been made this week, it rings so true. Over 25 years of not consistently checking my returns.... I have no doubt that QVC made out like a bandit!
My sentiments are still the same, as if you had posted this now. I feel empowered that I have been able to stop my QVC shopping.......all brought on by QVC's poor customer service. NO MORE!

Hi @Ms49r
So true!! I actually had to look again to make sure this wasn't a more recent thread, because these customer service issues are even more relevant now. I did give QVC a pass for months, but for some reason, they haven't been able to course correct and they've been in the business of online retail and shipping for a very long time. They should have it nailed by now!
I understand completely how you feel and applaud you for your discipline! I swore months ago out of frustration that I wouldn't buy another thing from QVC, but I have a weak spot for Linea and can't quit it!

Thank you, Goldie! This seems to be a problem without a solution whenever it happens.
I think it's worthwhile to double check your returns, especially now. I'm still finding errors, but getting a credit for a non-QVC credit card can still be futile. I've been on three-way calls where QVC and the CC company disagreei on whether a refund was issued, leaving me in limbo and the credit unresolved. Usually, there is no follow up. The amount of time I'd have to spend to queue it up again is beyond my patience during these times we're enduring.
Where I've found QVC helpful and understanding is when multiple returns are made, but credits aren't applied to every item. Usually, CS makes that right quickly, depending on who you talk to, assuming you can get through by phone.
Knowing a return can be problematic, I don't take chances on orders anymore. I know my sizes in Linea and jewelry is always a safe bet ![]()

I always keep my email from Qvc for Credits, Refunds and Returns. I watch for the emails and compare it to me credit credit. If the money does not turn up in the next statement, I froward my email to QVC email service ( hope some on will post it). Their confirmation email is my proof that they promised the send money . Hope this helps
