I am at my wit's end with QVC. Between slow deliveries & mishaps on shipping items and now not getting refunds credited to my account, I'm about to stop any further purchases.
I typically don't do returns at QVC, but when I do, I trust that the refunds noted on my QVC account summary actually are reflected on my credit card balance. I decided to do a quick audit of returns from early May and found 3 instances of refunds showing on my online summary, but NOT credited to the credit cards. I've made several phone calls to CS, including two three-way calls with CS & Synchrony Bank who ALL agree I did not get the credits. The problem was elevated to corporate 10 days ago, and still silence and no resolution. If I were to call CS again today, I'd have to start from scratch explaining the situation, as if I've never called, and I'd be told (as I have in prior calls) to call Synchrony Bank. If I called Synchrony Bank, I'd be told to call QVC CS. Then, I'd have to convince a CS rep to do a three-way call, which they will do and they will all agree I'm owed this credit, yet after all these calls, I still have no credit. The issue was bumped to corporate, since CS says it cannot resolve it, although the reps agree I'm owed the credits. I've heard nothing from corporate and I see no refunds credited.
Anyone else have refund issues and any suggestions on what I can do?

Re: shipping issues - you and I were typing at the same time. LOL
I stopped buying anything that has to "FIT - hate doing returns and chasing my money. So - - just don't do it anymore. Pink bowls should FIT my cupbaord.

I found if you call QVC and discuss the problem they will take care of that's been my experience.

I stopped buying from QVC. I don't see how they stay in business, with all the problems and high prices.

I had a problem like yours once and I did not appreciate how they ping ponged me back and forth from that Synchrony Bank to CS and back and forth we went. Insulting to the customer who has to play that game. I've received the very BEST CS here on the boards from the mods. Perhaps they can help you too. Good luck!

I don't know how some people can hold a job when they cannot do what they were hired to do. I don't get it.
Some people out there working cannot add or subtract.
A lot of errors on billing mistakes. The errors are not correct when they fix them. I don't mean just QVC either. It's like this a lot of places now.
I had to replace an up down cellular shade from Penney's so I ordered 1. Now I have another 1 that broke so ordered yet another. It was less expensive because the sale price was less before the coupon on the second order. I called asking for a credit for the difference. I was told it would be a credit of $15.06. I checked my account to see a credit of $13.81. Not calling back for the difference. Today I check my account again before I pay the bill & there is another credit for $28.83. I recevied more credit than I should have. I'm not calling back again since at least 2 people worked on this & could not figure it out. I will pay my balance & see what happens.
I would say I got a pretty good deal on my 2 up down cellular shades.

I've just about cut out all my ordering for the reasons the OP posted...slow shipping, slow credit back on returns...just not worth it.

Sorry you’re going through this. I have received only
very good service from QVC re refunds and shipping.
I don’t use their credit card, and use the prepaid shipping label.

I agree with you about the returns. I have a return that arrived in Ontario on 7-12-19 and this is 7-24-19 and still no acknowledgement. I just dread making that call to CS. I guess I should have been paying more attention if other returns were credited to my credit card. Another reason I have been shopping elsewhere.

@DiAnne Thanks for the acknowledgement. I usually can work out a missed return with CS--although I dread those calls, too--but this lack of credit to the cc was something I'd never checked before. I trusted if they issued a refund & reported it on my account, the credit was already processed. Who knows how long this has been going on?
As much as I love Linea and spend a considerable amount of money on purchases each month, I will now scale back. When sizing is an issue, I just won't order. The hassle with QVC is just not worth it. Life is too short and other retailers are much easier to deal with. It's a shame.
