I just read Rachel's blog and as I have heard her on air before sometimes she speaks before thinking about what she is saying and not really doing her homework and she has been corrected on air by the vendor.  I agree and hearted all your posts regarding Louis.

By the way I didn't know he was on again maybe it was a last minute change to the schedule.

In your message you stated instead of buying your usual 14, you purchased the 12.  Did you think the boot cut Linea pants ran large.  Were you that you sized down.  I am considering buying a black pair.  I am only 5'3" so I know I will have to hem the length. Your comments made me question my size.

I looked at the "click here" measurements and after comparing the waist and hip measurements of the 12 and 14 decided to order down. Since it a pull on pant I knew the 12 would stretch enough to go over the hips. The pant is very comfortable and doesn't feel right. My waist is 37 and hips 40. All too often I've had pants that I have had to tug up.

Now that I purchased the brown moto jacket and brown turtleneck.  I need a brown pair of LInea pants.  I heard Louis say on his show that the next brown pants will be straight leg.  Since I am only 5'3", I know up front that hemming will be needed.  Straight leg is easier.  I just hope the fabric is like the ponte knit boot cut pants.

I believe Joanne asked Louis about the pant on his web site and he said it was the exact same pant as the Super Ponte pant only with a straighter leg, and in the Super Ponte. Sounds perfect to me.

Best part, I am short only 5'3", the inseam is only 30".  I would like to buy the boot cut Linea pants.  But at 32" the hem would be large.
