Neither that annoying yes/no question nor Top 1000 Reviewer designation show on QVC app reviews.

    I just get the reviews.

And unlike this website, the reviews load immediately on the QVC app. I avoid a lot by doing QVC business on the app 98% of the time, and stick to just forums here.

The person who checked no isn't saying anything about LDO and his garments ... the "no" is rating the reviewer's comments - NOT the garment.

Their "no" will have no impact on the number of stars.

Perhaps the solution is to write better reviews.

I think the OP knew that.  She was just saying that she found it odd that someone would have found all of the reviews to be "not helpful."  No comments about lowering the ratings, just puzzlement that someone would do this.

This person has been around for a loooong time.  They mark "No" only on the positive reviews.  At one point, they were even stalking me and writing "No" on my non-Linea reviews.  I know of one other person who was experiencing this.  At one time we were suspicious that whoever was doing this was reading the forum here as at that time only reviews from very active posters were being marked "No".

If I remember correctly from the past, wasn't the poster someone who just liked to instill controversy.  I wish I could remember the poster's handle.

Although I have never marked a legitimate post "was this helpful?" negatively (or even positively for the most part).

However, I often feel I would like to when someone says something like "I am 5-feet tall and I ordered the same size I did before and it fit (or did not fit)."  What does that mean.  Do you weigh 600 pounds and ordered an XXS or do you weigh 100 pounds and ordered a 3X.

I despise those posts that give no useful information.  I don't think that is true of any LDO posts.  But there are some that are so inane, that I would like to say so but I try to assume that this person thinks we know the rest of the information and has not thought through what they said.

P.S.  This is the reason my mother thought I would be a terrible educatorr so she suggested putting me in a different discipline.
