Re: Just for (fun) Comparison

I love a good trench coat.  I still wear mine made by London Fog that is over 30 years old.  It cost around $200 back in the day and has a zip out lining.

This coat is classic and never goes out of style. Mine has two sets of belt loops too.

I have a black DKNY trench coat from Macy's that is great for rain and one from JCPenney (their St. John's Bay line) in navy.

Why does Louis' coat look so short-waisted?

@Kachina624 ~ the model looks (is) shortwaisted.

@Carmie ~ Me too!  Just love the (wool) zip out lining, and it still looks darn good!  A classic😊

I also have a London Fog that's at least twenty years old. It is in great shape, but i'M SICK OF IT.

It's twenty three years old. I got it on sale for eighty bucks. Sometimes I look at sturdy clothing and think,"They'll bury me in it.''

The difference for me is that Linea looks beefer and I just prefer the original shorter length.

I know that's a professional model in the first photo but I laughed when I saw her standing that way.  Looks like a child whose mom just came out on the front porch, blew a whistle and ordered all the neighborhood kids to halt the games and leave because little Susie has to come in the house and clean her room.  Smiley Happy
