I received my sapphire pants and elbow sleeve top, the color is gorgeous. I love the sapphire color with my perfectly pink WK from it seems like years ago.

An update on my missing packages. They never turned up. I was upset over losing the long Sapphire cardi and requested the Q place a claim with UPS. Three of the four pkgs had the same tracking number, which I learned is assigned by the Q from #'s allocated from UPS. I'd hoped the pkgs would somehow magically turn up. But that's not how it works, at all.
QVC will credit or replace lost items. There is no searching for packages. Too many and too much time would be wasted, I was told. Then UPS and QVC monetarily settle up on these lost or damaged items per their prearranged contractual agreement. The Q will make their customer whole by replacing or credits and that's that. This was frustrating for me as different CS reps told me different stories as to how this claim would pan out. But after repeated calls and conflicting responses this is what was finally conveyed. I must admit there was a bit of smoke coming out of my ears from all of the mixed conflicting information. Just SMH.
Yet there was a light in this tunnel...I was able to waitlist the long sapphire cardi in my size and it shipped! Delivery today!!! That was an unexpected and pleasant surprise. Love this color! I equally adore the ruffled blouse, pant and WK sweater.
Thank you all for your assistance, suggestions and supportive comments. What a crazy ride.

Sorry to hear--what a bummer! Glad CS is stepping up and making it right. Appreciate the update on their process. It's a good thing these items aren't sold out!
I've noticed UPS is now leaving my packages at my garage door, instead of my front door. I don't live on a busy street, but our garage is on the side of our home and more exposed, so packages could be easily taken w/o anyone seeing it happen.

You can contact UPS and specify where you want your pkgs left. This info will be noted for future deliveries. I had a similar situation and happened to catch my main driver. He keyed it in right then and there. No problema.
And yes, this whole missing package (s) thing was a bummer. Too weird and puzzling. To have four packages go missing in two days was a first. Usually it's the substitute usps drivers that screw up royally. This is a first with ups. I'm just so happy to have been able to replace the long sapphire cardi. Color me lucky! 💙💚💙

Thanks, @rochelleS. I'm definitely going to call UPS, since this is a new thing. For 25 years in this house, they've delivered to my front door and now there's a switch. Maybe it's more convenient for them (longer walk to my front door), but not for me! lol

Today I received the new Organic Necklace J360767 in silver w/white cords.
I expected it to be nice, but it is fabulous! I've never had anything like this, so much presence without looking like too much bling.
I am over 70 now (eeeeek) and hate to look like I am trying too hard or making a fashion faux pas, or in our cat household, fur paw.
It is so light, so interesting, so delicate yet has all that presence. What a design accomplishment it is. I know it will be worn very often.
Of course I would love another one in a different color metal but I am drawing the line at overkill and instead ordered the new Venetian necklace in Dill. I love all the color choices, but the soft green and Russian gold made me sigh with delight.
Also, received the new "dry hand" yarn, vee neck sweater in black, A347438. I was a bit hesitant because of sizing but went with my new smaller size, L, and it fits perfectly. It's so nice that I can now get the smaller size in a non-swing style and have the top fit well with enough hip room, all by losing a bit of weight.
This is a marvelous sweater, so much like very pricey ones I used to wear from dept. stores, many brands had this weight and feel of yarn, one of my favorites. I had hoped it would be like this and I was correct, a perfect sweater for warmer weather, just what I wanted.
The construction is superb with that hug-your-neck neckline that is fully fashioned and the bottom with slits that gives it a casual air. I like that it is long sleeved; I can push them up when I want that look.
It's a total winner; wish there were more colors!!!
I await the rolling bangle bracelet in L. Hoping it will fit.

I ordered the Organic Necklace in russian gold and white along with the matching bracelet together but I only received the bracelet.
The bracelet is so pretty and different with a large lobster claw clash and fits my wrist perfectly without being tight, even though it has an extender I would prefer to keep it a little tight but comfortable so that it does not turn. I usually wear a 7/12-8 in bracelets. There are three stands with two sizes of russian gold beads and two strands with russian gold tubes and the white cord. Unfortunately while I was putting on the bracelet one of the strands with the beads came loose so I have to return it. Now I am not sure I will request a replacement in case it happens again down the road. I know I could still wear the gold bangles with the necklace once it arrives.
