Hmm.. I’m not happy that the items I ordered that are in process from the 10 am show are now available with free shipping.

Because free S&H didn't start until today 2/18. If you ordered items on 2/17, then free S&H does not apply.

True, JJM, and it's ridiculous. The "window" for cancelling items has been shortened from 24 hours or more to less than 2 hours.

I had items in my cart when they switched to free shipping, all the charged shipping went to free shipping. Guess it was a good thing I couldn't decide between two colors earlier!

I ordered a lot of Linea yesterday, in fact, ten items - some gifts and some for me. I cannot cancel and reorder and when I requested a shipping credit, customer service said no. I know of no other on line store that would not give me a choice after one day. The insult to injury was that customer service said my order was too far along in process to cancel. I said, “are you kidding, I placed the order yesterday. I know for certain my items are not in the shipping department and they are not “too far” in process.” The customer rep then became snooty. So much for flexibility. I am given no choice after one day.
