Today with the sale, I bought the Cathedral top in the spice color. I wonder if it works with the sangria pants from a few years ago.

ETA: success! Another rep understood exactly what I was to get back & recalculated all of the price adjustments. She also said that the 30 day adjustment window starts from date of receipt not date of ordering.


I've been told it's from date of ordering and not date of receipt too (HSN also says that and isn't very flexible).  But I was able to get my last adjustment from the Q as a credit to my account (vs credit card) because I think it was one day over.  It was fine as I used it a few days later...lol

So funny,JJM, cause customer service told me the exact opposite......said the item wasn't charged till it had been sent....and we all know how long that's been taking. So, he couldn't issue an adjustment till I'd actually received the item. I guess we have to keep trying until we get a good answer!  Frustrating

On March 27 I emailed QVC on their site for a price adjustment; just got a response on March 30 that a partial refund is coming. They must be swamped!

8 emails in my in box for refunds! First 4 on items orders. Remaining 4 with our local tax difference done.

i have always gotten price difference refunds within 30 days of receipt of the item......not 30 days from ordering, not 30 days from shipment.

 

they were very prompt two days ago. i sent an email in around 11pm et or so and received a confirmation of credits within less than an hour.

QVC has always been very cooperative and nice about refunds on price adjustments.
