Does anyone know when or if the Carnival Necklace will be brought back in the next few of Loius' shows? It was not in the one today and I am dying for the green one.

They sold out and then there was a Waitlist. It's possible there will be additional stock if they make more than the amount on the Waitlist or if people cancel their Waitlist item. I would stalk the item # if I were you, you just might snag one.

As of now, it is sold out. Since it was so popular, QVC may twist Louis' arm to bring it back. Louis doesn't like to repeat old items (at the expense of the new) and especially in the same colorways. I know some have expressed on his blog, what colorways they would like to see, if it was brought back. So maybe it could happen.
