Just tried to order the below items and they couldn't be shipped to me because of Prop 65!!!  CS tried to get around it but no go.  Just wondering how many other things this will affect.

If the item contains certain dyes (among other things, but with clothing it will generally be the dye), the labeling is required.  It's not a ban on the clothing, it's a labeling requirement. So when the Q complies with the labling requirement of Prop 65, CA residents will get their affected items. Hard to believe the Q was so remiss and behind the eight ball on this.

@arrabella  that is weird because Louis said on his show an hour or so ago that the Prop 65 paperwork had been completed.  so maybe Q hasn't processed and released items?  i guess i'd keep trying.  i stalked an item for 2 weeks over this craziness.  good luck.

I had something happen to me several years back when I tried to order a planner notebook.  It was on backorder from a reputable company for several weeks.  It was a beautiful red leather.  After waiting longer thank I should have, I received a notice that the order was canceled.  Knowing that I can always find what I am looking for online, I began my search and within an hour had found the exact same planner from an outlet store.  I ordered it and saved some money so I was happy.  Then, the day the UPS truck was to deliver it arrived.  I was so thrilled to finally have my long awaited planner.  When I opened the box, there it was in all of its glory and just as beautiful as I had hoped.  When I unzipped it, I found a label included that stated that my planner failed to meet California's standards and was unsafe to CHEW on.  I can guarantee you that I have had that planner for years and have never had a desire to chew on the leather.  Sometimes, I think California carries their regualations too far.  The planner is great, I'm happy, and I never chew on my planner!!!

Ca. always carries things too far!!  Just wondering how long it's going to take the "Q" to get the proper labeling so orders can be shipped here.

@ms traditional - Louis was explaining that his Control Top Tights were unable to be shipped to California after August 30th - because of Prop 65 - issue was resolved within a matter of days - and my order was accepted.

Well I had tried to order some Issac jeans and got the same treatment so I emailed Q and they told me to wait a up to a month and so I (3 emails later) asked how hard it could be to add a sticker as they sent an item out and TA-DA the next morning I was cleared for purchase of these dangerous jeans. So email and complain and maybe they'll find a few more stickers somewhere. Good luck!

Sad this world has become so jaded - -CA won't accept some minor chemicals but their street gutters are lined with needles - homeless people 'doing their nature's call' there too.

I think prop 65 wouldn't let me sign in.  Geez!
