I ordered 3 blazers and 2 pants on September 7 about 2 hours before the show. All colors and sizes available. All shipped except black petite pants size 10 -- they went to BACKORDER. They were in process / backorder ever since. I didn't call QVC. Waited patiently. This morning saw CANCELLED. I called QVC. No stock so that is why it was cancelled. I told CS that someone must have returned a pair in that size. She said that returns are not put back into inventory. (not true) I asked if there is someone else I could speak to. She said "Not really because if it's not in stock we can't ship it." Not her fault -- all she sees is her screen. But. I have purchased so much Linea over the years. I am a good customer for QVC. No communication, no explanation, no assistance with not fulfilling order. No promise to fulfill next order or offer of credit or anything. Also, I ordered the same size as I did in the pinstripe blazer but the blazers received, though exquisite, were unfortunately too large (my own fault). I returned them. I quickly placed orders for replacement blazers in September but those are also on BACKORDER even though they showed as in stock for days after I ordered them. Just heartbroken over all of this.

@jrgirl Contact the Corporate offices as C/S isn’t helpful regarding this.

{{{Hugs}}} to you @jrgirl. I feel your pain and frustration. We all do. Most everyone has had the same or similar experience ordering Linea. Trying to make sense of a senseless system has been futile. Keep checking for your pants, you never know what may pop in. I haven't checked but is your size in the regular length available? Might be worth an alteration if that'll work for you.

Thanks for the replies! I have been faithfully stalking and have ordered pants, only they are on Backorder. Same for blazers, I was lucky to order them but now on Backorder as well. I thought that they would likely ship eventually but having original order Cancelled threw me for a loop. Worried about other cancellations. I am not sure how to contact Corporate. Is there anything they can do??

Sorry to say, but if your order shows as CAncelled, you are not going to receive the item. Mine went to Cancelled and Corporate told me that anyone whose order was canceled will NOT be reciving the item. Sad.

I just looked again and my 5 midnight items (2 trench coats, caramel faux suede pants, sequin pants and dark green open cardigan) have now SHIPPED! Yay! The taupe blazer from 2 weeks ago is still processing, though.

I"ve purchased 3 things that have been put on back order. One freebee I never got as you say you didn't have anymore. Why sell them if you don't have them? Why waste our time showing them if you don't have them? Takes 3 days to be notified.
You have too many channels going at once and the ones prerecorded or repeats from another channel are things you just might not have or we might not get. I don't have this problem with HSN your sister channel. Maybe you need to hire more people to process orders. I do it all on the computer and your procesing is not very fast at all. From the time I purchase and it gets shipped in 3 or more days. HSN is much faster.
No matter if I enjoy certain hosts I'm thinking about not watching QVC anymore. I thinking I am really wasting my time watching QVC 3 and possibly 2. If anything says prerecorded I will no longer watch.
I really was looking forward to getting those size 10 blue Sketchers. Hope you get it together.
