I would appreciate information on ordering Logo from Zulily. Are these new stock, and what are the shipping charges? Are taxes added? Also, how long is the shipping time? Thank you in advance for any help.

They do appear to be new stock. Other than wrinkles, I haven't had any issues with anything I have ordered. They have options for shipping. You can pay a fee of around $7.00 for your order to ship immediately or you can get free shipping if you don't mind them shipping at their leisure. But if you take the free shipping it can take two to three weeks for your order to arrive.

I was not given the option of free shipping when I ordered several weeks ago. I was charged 5.95 shipping for my item; however, if I ordered anything else that day, the shipping would have been free. And it took several weeks for the item to arrive. When it did arrive, it came in a bag very similar to that from QVC. Perhaps when you ordered there was a special going on? 

  The item I ordered was less than half of what it is currently on QVC, btw, so the 5.95 vs. 3.00 shipping was not an issue, plus there was no sales tax charged to me.

Zulily merchandise is fresh from the factory or distributor and is not recycled merchandise.  Items are not returnable.  There is no free shipping; you pay one shipping charge per day for all your purchases that day.  You pay one charge for Friday and the weekend.

It takes at least 2 weeks to get your purchases.  I pay no sales tax either.
