I also ran into that problem, and I just gave up! I don't even try anymore.  I now think in terms of warm and cool, and I mix it up with different shades of warm together or different shades of cool.

And then there are some colors that go with everything, vibrant red goes great with purple and even cool green. And even though you buy things that are supposed to be the same color, in different fabrics and textures can look very different anyway.  Also 99.5% of folks looking at you will be clueless as to whether things match or not.

Yes, I have often had the same problem. It's currently with that same pair of pedal pushers!  The color is chalk violet, and I have not found a single thing that matches well.I want a short sleeved top as the pants are for summer. Nothing available in my size. I just got them this week and I ordered a pink top at the same time, thinking it would work. It doesn't.

LOGO is definitely a brand fitted for a specific shopper.
Granted, her prints seem to have softened and some are attractive but everytime I watch a Monday show I see Lori Goldstein and I think of a circus.

@lilybelle    Success!  I found the perfect violet tee on the Woman Within website, not the greatest quality but it was something like $19.99 on clearance.  If you can wear a size 12+, check it out.

I wore it today and got several compliments.  It also is a decent match with a lavender D&C tee that I dug out of my stash.  Those pants are hot on a hot day though.

@Kachina624 What a coincidence because I ordered a couple of different purple tops from WW just last Night!

I saw a comment on QVC that someone got A601165 Logo Distressed Cotton Slub Top,  in Sparkling Grape, and it was a good match to the pedal pushers. The other colors would likely be good choices for the other colors in these pants too. I have added it to my wish list, as the current "sale price" is $71.10. Too expensive for me! I'll cross my fingers that the price comes down.

A306613 in Rosebud might work.  This item is no longer availble on QVC, but you might find in on another site e-y. There are a few listed there so you can see the color.  Also, there may be other rosebud items on QVC.
