I just clicked on it and it actually came up correctly with the item that is on right now (the printed top).  But when I click on "items recently on air" it still comes up with the "tehcnical difficulties" screen.

i tried my computer and its still Perricone..on air

maybe Joan ordered via phone pressing the buttons to order?

I havent done that in years as I do all online

I don't like the tropical top on now. It's "too busy" and somehow that trim on the bottom doesn't go very well with it in terms of matching the top's colors.   Not a favorite.

@I agree, @Pearlee.  Way too much going on for me on that top, so it's an easy pass.  Good thing I don't like it because we still can't place orders online anyway it seems.

My point, as a trial lawyer gasping at the consequences, is that it isn't just lost sales for Q. In addition, they have to pay penalties to the vendor.

Since sales aren't going through or aren't being attempted while it's down, they have to formula-it: how many sales at the same time, same day, same host, similar items were made in the recent past.

{I was a personal injury lawyer. Nothing sadder than the formulas used to caculate the value of a life lost through megligence or medical malpractice: figuring out how long a person would have lived, salaries they would have earned, value of their life to family . . . . . . ugh.}

That said, the Q's legal team is reeling.

 Be nice if the Q still offered the ODO price on the tank when the  technical problem gets resolved. ( if it takes longer than a day) Even I am interested in it, but not taking the chance on ordering  nor not having measurments available.
