Cotton Slub Jacket

[ Edited ]

Jacket with Ruched Hood

I've been eyeing this piece.  It's cotton slub.  I love Lori's French Terry.

I'm wondering how this compares to French Terry.  I'm worried it won't have enough substance to the fabric coming into Fall

@Bri36, thanks for posting this link.  I had not seen this jacket yet and think it might be perfect for near year round in So Cal.

@Mom to Teen Twins, you're welcome.

Jayne Brown was wearing it a few weeks ago on air.  It looked so nice on her.

@Bri36 - I bought this jacket in rosemary and liked it so much that when it became available on As Is I got the black.  The material, while different from the french terry, is quite substantial yet not heavy.  Some who reviewed it on this forum did not like the collar, they felt they had to fuss with it too much, but I do not have that issue and find the collar a fun part of this jacket.  You can wear it in different ways -- scrunched around your neck or leave it looser covering your shoulders.  I find it to be a versatile and different look and have worn both quite often, especially in the fall.

@Biftu, thank you so much for your reply.

I think the collar is what sets this jacket apart.  I love it.
