I'm not a big rice pudding (or tapioca) fan, but that recipe sounds delicious! I ordered the TSV in red & so I am going to try that one too - after the pot roast, chili & corned beef & cabbage recipes, that is, those are what sold me on it!

DH almost drooled when he saw that rice pudding.

I don't have a pressure cooker and didn't purchase the TSV.

Do you ladies think I can just make this the same way on the stove? Just add all the ingredients into a saucepan and simmer?

Any thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated!!

If anyone has the Mom's Meatloaf recipe, I'd love that as well. It is the sauce that I was wondering about. I tried to read the TV really fast...seemed like tomatoes, honey and bals. vineger?

I have a microwave rice cooker (Pampered Chef) love that thing. No more crusty rice stuck to the bottom of the pan on the stove.

I might try it in the microwave rice cooker and just alter the time.
