while standing at the delli counter

Interesting observation while waiting at the delli counter.......

I watched the server wait on four different people...touching edge of each slice of meat while slicing...push the buttons on the scale...wash down two slicers ..touched other objects ..all while wearing the same plastic gloves...then came to my side and ask what I would like...same gloves...I said.."before you wait on me ..please change your gloves..."..she looked surprised and changed right away"...so who are the the gloves protecting from germs...certainly not the customer....this was 2 wks ago and I have been to other delli's ...and they don't change between customers...thing is...nobody says anything....now people reading this ...just watch and see if your delli changes btw customers...some do I'm sure...but not all....we need to be more observent...I'll be talking to the manager next time........your thoughts..?
