wheres my item they QVC cant even tell me if it has shipped orderd on 12/6 as of today 12/16 stil

Ok ordered #m66560 jeffery Z sauage 4 pc on 12/ 6 as of tody 12/16 in processes ??? have called even the customer service cant tell me anything??? even if it has shipped told one time shiped 12/11 if not recieved by 1214 cll back I did they said had not been shipped asked why  HUM HUM?? was answer so???  this is getting sad QVC  is not like the QVC Iv delt with over 20 yrs quality notthe same and customer service deffinetly the same  -- I just want to know am I getting my item or not and if I am when!!!   sorry just had to express my frustration it wasnt a christmas gift was for holiday treat for myself now Im a hermit (senior with helth issues)

 I feel your pain. I just - seconds ago - had a similar live chat conversation with a QVC rep. My order - from NOVEMBER 1 - has not even shipped yet. The rep just gave me a canned speech about covid 19, busy holiday season, blah blah blah.... I ordered this 7 weeks ago. It was a TSV.  I feel like a lot of places are blaming bad customer service on covid 19 these days. sigh.... If QVC is advertising 'guaranteed christmas delivery' on items ordered LAST WEEK, then where the heck in my item from LAST MONTH??!!  Very frustrating for sure.

@BluestarFL. @grandma w.  Anyone with questions can contact the moderators at qvcsocialteam@qvc.com  and include order numbers.  All food is shipped by vendors so its often hard to determine exact status but they'll try.

If an item is in the QVC warehouse, that is a completely different situation from a vendor from whom QVC has no control over.

 

The item is not physically in QVC possession, and if food, may not even have been prepared yet.

 

It is fine to "scold" QVC, but they really cannot resolve the issue and are probably just as frustrated as you are.

 

I waited more than a month for my Russell Stover chocolates, and they were delicious when they finally arrived.  My second order has not yet shipped and is already a few weeks late.

 

Patience is the name of the game this year.

I have had Croissants in process for over 2.5 months.

 

The vendor doesn't have them!  They come from France and they are not available.

No sense fussing and fuming and getting all upset.

 

I will not have them for Christmas dinner...Oh well.  It is what it is.

 

They can't be shipped if the vendor doesn't have them!

 

I have had Corky sausage in Process for over a month now.  Again, I might NOT get them.  I will not have them for News Years Eve possibly.

 

As @Kachina624  said, Most food ships directly from the vendor.  QVC can't force them to ship something they don't have.  They can't force them to break health laws put upon these companies restricting their ability to over staff.

 

PLEASE, I get it...just try to come up with Plan B and don't let it ruin your holidays.

 

There is a better reason for this season.

With all the orders QVC has as well as the different warehouses and vendors warehouses it is not possible to pinpoint exactly where an order is.  Shippers often do not pick up orders at warehouses as there are necessary things that need shipping first before general shopping items waiting for pickup by shippers.  I surely do not understand that so many do not seem to comprehend this.  Some seem to think a CS person can just walk over to a room where all the items are waiting to ship and find their order and get it to them ASAP!!!!

Me too.  I am waiting for Jeffrey Z sausages too.  Ordered them 12/8.  Also I ordered Mama Mancini meatballs and have not received them either.  I called customer service and they can't help me.  Sadly, all the food I have ordered from QVC has been terrible.  My last order of Mrs. Prindables was awful.  I will not be ordering any food from them again.

Then maybe QVC shouldn't be selling the croissants, meatballs, sausages, Corky's (thanks for the tip, I won't be ordering any Corky's) or any food from a "vendor".  The customer is under the impression that QVC is "guaranteeing" this product.  If they can't produce, then they shouldn't be selling it.
