Re: water bottle with bluetooth

Most ridiculous item I've seen this year. They are really scraping the botom of the barrel.

anyone watch in the kitchen with david last night and see this one? a water bottle with a blue tooth speaker? would you buy this?

@tockerman

I sometimes watch just because the salesmanship intrigues me.  I was waiting to hear how they'd spin it.  I think they said you would be glad to have it at those all day soccer games with your kids so you could take a break and listen to relaxing music, or carry it on your walk instead of wearing those "rude" earbuds, lol.  Oh, and you can use it to talk on your phone..... "My phone's ringing! Dang!  Where's my water bottle?! The whole idea is ridiculous. It must have been a tough sell for the hosts. I can just see them being regifted next year at those white elephant parties :-)

Oh my goodness @house_cat I lost some of my coffee reading this line! Smiley LOL Smiley LOL Smiley LOL

I cannot grasp the need for this either.  Bluetooth means it must be paired with something, so I have to have my cellphone nearby with the water bottle.

They said "now you can take your music with you; now you can take a call ..."

But we already do these things -- on the nearby cell phone!

I don't get it.

Can't wait to read the reviews for this thing.

I am sure many people will purchase these because we are now very close to Christmas so they would be a great find for last minute shoppers who have teenagers in the family.

Oh dear Lord.  I've hit the wall with this smart phone stuff.  Just stop it.
