Hello everybody and HAPPY 4TH when i was growing up my grandmother always made what she called cobbler, he had two crusts, bottom and top, every recipe i have ever seen for cobbler anywhere only shows the crust on top , no crust on the botttom, so my question is all this time my grandmother was calling peach cobbler was ajust a huge Pie or is there two crust cobblers ?
