do I have to adjust my cake recipies re time and oven temp when using temptation....can't find any discussion on this

I don't think so and it's not mentioned in the literature that comes with it, but there is one caveat worth mentioning...."they"-the presenters say it's non-stick....I took them at their word, and the first cake I made stuck to the pan. I would grease and flour as you normally do. When it comes to poultry and meat, no problem, and cleaning is a breeze. Poodlepet

Jerdy, there are threads for Temp-tations that you can go to for some helpful answers. Just "click" on Temp-tations on the left side if your screen under Kitchen & Food. HTH!
