I wonder about the difference between the model with three blades and the model with four.
The Paderno looks very large and kitchen space has become a problem for me. What do others think? Is that just the photo or are they really big?
Now included is a fourth blade that will make endless delicate angel hair strands, and a metal pin that is used in conjunction with the straight blade to make spectacular accordion-style vegetables

I decided on the GEFU because of the compact size for storage.
Thank you so much, iQue! That answers my question

My daughter checked the Wms-Sonoma site for the footprint of the 4 blade Paderno and it's listed as:
9 1/2"" x 6"" x 5 3/4""

I have the 3 blade version from williams sonoma and it isn't very large at all.

I *love* skinnytaste, she's my favorite food blogger, also!
Too funny, because we were talking about her zoodles this morning. DH could not understand what I was saying, LOL. Noodles? Googles?
I want one too, is the one you're thinking about the one from Williams-Sonoma? I heard that was the best.

I ordered the Paderno off of the Amazon website and received a Ziggler. It looks just like the picture of the Paderno. I have filed a complaint with Amazon but I will be surprised if I hear anything other than they received my complaint/email. Anyone have this problem or something close to it?

I'd love one of the but have a small kitchen and hate to bring another difficult to store kitchen appliance in. Anyone have luck with the smaller handheld styles?

I bought this years ago from qvc when it was called a Spirooli. Nice gadget that I use mostly for zucchini.

I want a small one, too. I bought a hand held one by microplane, thinking it would be good because I like their graters. It is really bad. difficult to use and most of the veg is wasted. If I can find the receipt, I will return it as it is pretty useless. Today, I saw one by OXO that is really small and looked good. None of the sales clerks had used it so they could not offer an opinion. I will look for reviews and maybe buy that one.

I saw that KitchenAid has made a Spiralizor attachment for their stand mixers. It's about $90 on Amazon.

My Vegetti for under $15 works well enough for me..I like it a lot, but don't think I would spend $90 unless I were still catering...
