speaking of summer and grilling and all..what's your grilling preference?

We have a gas grill. We have had the little hibachi (sp?) and we've done the on coals bit, and now the gas grill. I just love the grilled out taste of food.

Now if the weather will get nicer, it'll feel more like it.

I love hamburgers. What do you like to eat off the grill you use?

Unfortunately DH will not eat anything cooked on a grill. He doesn't like the taste. We've all tried to change him, but no way! So we don't have any preference - just don't grill!

I prefer hamburgers and steaks; I will eat grilled BBQ'd chicken, but can't say it's my favorite way to prepare chicken. Will also eat hot dogs from the grill, but much prefer them heated in water on the stove.

We have a Weber charcoal grill, Masterbuilt Smoker & a large offset smoker. We cook all kinds of stuff on them. Steaks, pork chops, chicken, hamburgers, sausage links, shrimp, pork loin, pork butt, brisket, baby back ribs, country style pork ribs, prime rib, ham, rump roast, mac n' cheese, baked beans, meat/veggie skewers etc. We made ribeye steak last night. Making boneless bbq country style pork ribs on the grill tonight. Yum!!! We cook on the grill all the time, rain, snow, hot or cold.

I have a Weber charcoal grill. I like to cook steaks and the small pork loins, I also have a wok pan for the grill that I use to cook red onions, summer squash and eggplant. I bought a folding tailgate table that I set up next to the grill to hold my plates and grilling tools.

Pork chops marinaded in Italian dressing. Doing that tonight with small red potatoes, onions and carrots also done on the grill. We use our grill a lot.

We grill all year long, so we have a gas grill that's hooked to the house. I was afraid of the one I had years ago with the tank on it.

I can't think of anything I won't put on my grill. Burgers have to be the favorite though. That's what we're having tonight!

I love food grilled after brushed with olive oil. Tofu, eggplant, zucchini, mushrooms, and onions.

We have a grill basket from Williams-Sonoma...we use it on our gas grill and I grill all sorts of veggies on it to serve with burgers or chicken marinated in Kraft Catalina French dressing . I parboil carrots or potatoes slightly before putting them in the grill basket so they don't burn before being cooked through....also grill zucchini, summer squash, brussel sprouts, onions, sweet potatoes, any kind of pepper.....DH's fave is a big link of summer sausage in the basket with the veggies; there is a video on the W-S site that shows how to use the basket if you are interested

We have a gas grill. We prefer to do pulled pork whenever we can, followed by any kind of grilled pizza. I also love grilled chicken wings marinated in a bourbon marinade. We grill everything in the summer.
