hi everyone! i've never posted on this board before, but i've read a lot of what's here and you all seem so knowledgeable about cooking. so i have a dumb-ish question: when you brown meat (like for chili) do you brown it all the way through, or just on the outside? this is if it's going to get more cooking, like in a chili or a stew. hope that makes sense.
